About Me

Hello there, my name is Ashley Blood-Halvorsen TEP and I’m a self-employed barrister. A barrister is a specialist advocate who offers expertise for their clients. We are often spotted wearing wigs.

My main practice is at 3PB Barristers and this is my own little website. You can check out my full profile on 3PB Barristers here.

I am direct access qualified which means you can come straight to me instead of having to speak to a solicitor first. I also have a direct access profile on 3PB Direct and Clerksroom Direct.

I specialise in disputes about property and land and also matters arising when someone has died be it their will, the administration of their estate or something which happened in their life before they passed. I also regularly advise businesses regarding contract matters (particularly the formation of them), debt enforcement, personal guarantees and disputes involving consumer credit.

Please have a read of my Practice Areas and also my Case Studies page then get in touch with me.

“A quick message to say thank you again for your thorough preparation and representation today. Count on getting instructions again. I find you listen to explanations, take on board background information, and good to get along with.”
