I am regularly instructed by leading ranked solicitor firms, specialist boutique practices and high street firms alike. My work commonly involves property, contentious probate, trusts, estates, TOLATA, landlord and tenant, and related chancery disputes.
Instructing me through this website allows for a more direct, specialised and tailored experience. It can be particularly helpful where you want to discuss the scope of the work, agree a focused brief, or work collaboratively from an early stage on strategy, drafting, advice, mediation or advocacy.
I aim to provide clear, practical and responsive advice, with a focus on identifying the issues that matter and helping solicitors progress their client’s case efficiently.

You can contact me using the form on the Contact page. Please include, where possible:
- the broad area of law;
- the type of work required, for example advice, drafting, conference, mediation or a hearing;
- any relevant deadlines or hearing dates;
- the names of the parties, so that a conflict check can be carried out; and
- a short summary of the issue.
Once I have reviewed the enquiry, I will confirm whether I am able to assist and, where appropriate, discuss the scope of work, timescale and fees.
