• Advised a direct access client regarding personal guarantees in loan contracts
• Advised a defending beneficiary in an inheritance act claim
• Represented a landlord in an application to set aside judgment after trial
• Advised solicitors regarding strategy for a mediation who represented the primary defending beneficiary in an inheritance act claim. The claim settled for far less than what the 3 claimants had initially wanted securing a great outcome for the primary beneficiary of the estate. Questions regarding the claimants had a ‘moral’ claim and the extent of their purported financial need.
