Some of the matters I was instructed in for July 2023 were:
- Appeared before a Master regarding an application for a rectification of a will.
- Was instructed last minute to attend a cost and case management hearing (CCM) regarding a right of way which was being obstructed.
- Drafted an application to rectify a company’s register.
- Appeared in two FDAs in matrimonial proceedings.
- Advised in conference regarding a housing disrepair claim.
- Drafting a particulars of claim resulting, constructive and quistclose trust.
